GCU4000 Generator set controller

The GCU4000 series is a new generation of auto-start controllers for single AC generators. It features a brand new exterior structure that meets customer demands and improves controller performance, ensuring the product fully meets the automatic control requirements of generator users or professional assembly plants for different types of generator sets.

Features:

• Selection of Chinese and English menus / can display other languages upon customer request.
• Voltage and current are measured by true RMS.
• Equipped with a 128*64 dot-matrix LCD display.
• Parameters collected and displayed.
• 4 analog measurement inputs, and built-in selection of multiple sensors or customization of parameters. Also, 4 definable switch inputs can be set, with customizable naming (requires setting on PC end).
• 4 definable auxiliary control relay outputs, with customizable naming (requires setting on PC end).
• Controller panel buttons used to select control mode, start and stop operation programs, display data, and modify operation protection parameters. LED indicator lights used to indicate controller operating mode and generator set running status. LCD displays various measured parameters and status.
• Flexible adaptation of RS485 (optional), which can be used for remote monitoring or communication with a PC, fully realizing the "three remote" function, and enabling readout and setting of controller operating parameters.
• All controller wiring is connected via needle-locking terminals, making equipment wiring, movement, maintenance, and replacement very easy and convenient.
• Comes with SMS function (optional), which can automatically send alarm messages to five set phone numbers when the generator set has an alarm. It can also be used to control the generator set and check its status via SMS. (Requires a controller with a GSM interface.)
